Greg is a seasoned Chairman and Non-Executive Director with a career spanning over four decades in the Australian financial services industry, and offering deep domain expertise in wealth management, funds management, and financial planning.   

His leadership is underpinned by a rigorous understanding of corporate governance, with extensive experience serving on the boards of APRA- and ASIC-regulated entities. He has held Chief Executive, Managing Director and senior executive roles at some of Australia’s largest financial institutions, including AMP Limited, Challenger Financial Services, and ANZ Funds Management.   

Greg possesses a proven track record of creating and crystallising significant shareholder value of high-growth Financial, FinTech, and SaaS companies. Greg's ability to drive exponential value is embedded in his vision for technology-driven business transformation. While Executive Chairman of Implemented Portfolios Ltd [2013-2023], and previously as Chief Executive, Genesys Group Ltd [2008-2009] he engineered the strategic growth of both organisations, establishing the companies as emerging market innovators, culminating in their successful divestments, and delivering significant returns for shareholders. 

In his capacity as Chairman of the Board for Ownstable Pty Ltd, Greg brings his considerable experience in strategic leadership and corporate oversight to guide a company ‘purpose-built’ to address the financial and administrative challenges of the equine community through innovative technology. This is complimented by personal experience within the racing world that has provided him with an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by the community. As co-owner of notable horses like the 2021 Sydney Cup winner, Selino, and the 2023 Melbourne Cup placegetter, Sheraz, he understands the industry from the inside out having had a lifelong involvement in the thoroughbred racing industry, as a racehorse owner since 1990, and a hobby broodmare breeder.
